Main Purpose |
To assist in the safe and efficient running of the Plants. He/she
will be involved in the management and planning efforts of the site's
ammonia plants as well as engineering and management of a number of
varying projects.

Duties
|
- Providing engineering
services for all Plants, Offsites and Utilities inclusive of
optimization of plant processes.
- Troubleshooting of process and equipment malfunctions, and the
development of operating procedures.
- Assisting the Production Resource Group with optimization of plant
operations, monitoring of plant equipment, various engineering
projects and plant budgeting.
- haring best practices with other production units.
- Project management of turnarounds and investment projects.
- Providing coverage for plant shut downs and start ups.

Requirements: |
Education:
Essential:
An undergraduate degree in Chemical and Process
Engineering.
Work Experience:
- Two (2) to five (5)
years’ experience in process plant operations preferably with emphasis
on the Ammonia Process.
- Functional knowledge of Project Management, Water
Treatment, familiarity with relevant HSE standards and engineering
software and tools.

- The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast
paced, dynamic team environment including multiple projects with
stipulated deadlines. Effective problem solving, communication
(written and oral) and analytical skills are critical.
