Main Purpose

The Integrated Planning Team Leader will be responsible for carrying out the strategic Integrated Planning Function for all activities performed by the following Teams: Core Maintenance, Turnaround, Campaign, Minor Modifications, Integrity and related areas. The incumbent will also assure the Maintenance Strategy and its development, through continuous improvement of equipment reliability and integrity while optimising costs and production levels

Duties

Custody of the overall contract plans.
 

Liaise with the client and all teams in the organisation to compile an overall plan, including all major maintenance activities, turnarounds, campaign and minor modifications, as well as all major events or operational windows planned by the client in all assets.
 

Work closely with the other business services groups including cost and estimating to provide a total Work Management control and reporting system
 

Interact with the Cost and Performance Engineers to evaluate and assess the phasing of annual business budgets and individual project / modification budgets.
 

Interact with Clients to assess the planned impacts in production.
 

Develop the monthly, quarterly, annual and five year activity plans.
 

Review and update plans on a regular basis, making them available and visible to the “customers” and the complete organisation as appropriate.
 

Assure the development and accuracy of an up to date Master Equipment List covering all assets in all client facilities
 

Assure the proper identification and follow up of all Critical Equipment.
 

Lead the analysis and development of the Equipment Specific Maintenance Plans for all facilities.
 

Follow up and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Maintenance Strategy, and continuously suggests changes as required.
 

Support and champion fit-for-purpose maintenance concepts and full implementation of identified and agreed Maintenance Strategies.
 

Address disciplinary issues with the Planning and Scheduling Coordinators, Integrity Coordinator, CMMS Administrator, CMMS

Analysts, Senior Data Analyst and WMS Coaches.
 

Complete performance appraisals, both interim and annual, for the Planning and Scheduling Coordinators, Integrity Coordinator, CMMS Administrator, CMMS Analysts, Senior Data Analyst and WMS Coaches.
 

Continually assesses manpower requirements.
 

Accountability for personal safety actively promoting culture and raising the standard of safety within the maintenance function.
 

Performs all other related job functions as required.
 

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from a reputable University.
 

Project Management certification and Maintenance Management related certification would be considered a valuable asset.
 

A minimum of seven (7) years post-graduated experience in a similar position or performing similar role / duties.
