Duties:

To manage the Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory support activities on design of oil, gas and petrochemical projects.
 
Requirements:

Education:
Essential:  
 Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-12 years related experience in Health, Safety and Environmental in Oil and Gas and/or Energy Services industries.
Working Experience:
- Regulatory experience in the preparation, implementation, communication, identification and coordination of HSE and regulatory issues associated with capital projects. 

- Knowledgeable in international and industry HSE and waste management requirements/best practices.

- Knowledgeable in project execution phases such as front end engineering design and detail design a definite plus, as well as experience in developing waste remediation plans and field implementation.
 
Key Tasks: Duties may include performing or overseeing preparation of Project HSE Plans and Procedures, conducting Risk Assessments, and technical support functions in regards to regulatory and Environmental Permit submissions.
