Requirements:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognised university with good grades or equivalent job experience.

Working Experience:
• 7-10 years experience performing similar role / duties.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies and available maintenance technologies (Preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as condition monitoring)
• Good knowledge and management of information systems.
• Knowledge & Experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. (ideally MAXIMO)
• Experience driving new concepts effectively.
• High knowledge of Computer Applications including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Seeks ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner and exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
 

Other Key Tasks:

• Continually review and improve the maintenance strategy effectiveness.
• Understand the business drivers and monitor those associated with execution of activities so any necessary actions can be taken as soon as possible to address the situation.
• Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness to ensure all sub-ordinates are aware of standards expected. To proactively assist whoever necessary to improve and maintain the HSSE performance.
• Key player in the implementation of the CMS (Common Maintenance Strategy)
• Support maintenance and projects teams by providing reliability analyses, technical support and planning to provide complete range of activities to enhance the Business Unit Performance.
• Liaise with the client and maintenance and projects teams in the organization to improve work execution and reduce overall costs.
